The Food and Event team can tailor a beverage package specifically for your event. Where possible, we select local Gippsland wines and brewery beers.
Packages and upgrades can be customised to include cocktails, a great way to start your special event, detailed wine selections which are hand picked to match your chosen menu, beer can be provided on tap or served in bottles. Refreshing non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails, and to finish, freshly brewed coffee and selected teas.
Beverages can be charged on a consumption basis or as a minimum spend on the bar.
We also welcome clients to supply their own beverages if desired.
